Our Story
Our mark is the evergreen. Rooted deep, reaching wide, and always growing. So is this circle.
Roots are where we come from. The work we have done. The lessons we learned the long way. The values that hold when things get hard.
Every woman in this circle brings deep roots with her. Years of leading teams, building companies, raising families, and starting over when she had to. We do not leave any of that at the door. It is the ground we stand on, and it is what we have to offer one another.
Branches are how we reach. A branch is an introduction made at the right moment. A name put forward in a room you are not in. A door opened by someone who did not have to open it.
That is the habit of this circle. We reach for one another on purpose. Connection here is not small talk over business cards. It is women using what they have built to lift the women beside them.
Growth is where we are going. A bigger role. A braver decision. A business of your own. A next chapter that looks nothing like the last one.
Nobody in this circle is finished. We are all still growing. The circle exists so that none of us has to grow alone.
PNW Execs began in October 2026. Co-founders Debbie Larson, Jen McGill Walker, and Elizabeth Laughlin kept hearing the same thing from women leaders across the Eastside. There was no room of their own. No place where senior women and women growing into leadership could talk honestly, as peers, close to home.
So they built one. Rooted in this place and its people, with the tone set by the women in the room. Polished, warm, and real. That is still the whole idea.
Membership is strictly by peer invitation and referral.
